What is
STEM Gals
about?
In the fall of 2018, Team 1296 created a FRC all-girls event, STEM Gals. This event emphasizes STEM is for gals as much as guys. This gives female team members a chance to lead in all aspects of the competition, from MCing & refereeing to learning about the different aspects of FIRST.We seek to encourage more women to consider STEM pathways by promoting many of the exciting opportunities STEM has to offer.
